Why is my little world all white???

Poor puzzled Flora – I’m surprised that any of the photos came out in focus, because I was shaking with laughter. It took her a full 5 minutes to reach the bottom of the ramp up to her hutch! There are at least 2 more inches of snow since I took these snaps at about 8 am this morning. Flora has some food and fresh water outside the back door where it’s a bit warmer and she taps the window quite regularly, to ensure that Misty is keeping watch from inside!
College has announced a snow day – or to be more accurate in my case – a quilting day!!!
I’m planning to make some soup and a sticky gingerbread this afternoon, to keep us warm and I don’t expect I’ll be able to stay indoors, so I’ll be out and about with my camera – with dogs & duck in hot pursuit, I suspect!
Have fun in the snow and take lots of care.

I’m so jealous!!!
Aaaaah wee Flora is just so cute, bless! Gorgeous pictures, thanks so much for sharing these, have a great weekend!
Honestly, it took me a second for my brain to register “duck” prints! — I’m used to squirrel, mice, rabbit, cats, delivery-people… And, in 8+ inches of snow!
;-D Welcome to Canada!
Oh Flora looka adorable…and the dogs too of course. What a fun post, it made me smile
It’s the first time our youngest dog has seen snow as she was born last February and we didn’t get any after this
She had a confused look similar to Floras on her face when she first ran out into it!
