That’s Sunday all sewn up …

Following a misty start, the sun broke through and Winchester throbbed with crowds visiting the Art & Design market today. The Christmas lights were sparkling and the whole atmosphere was positively … positively positive, happy, vibrant, fun (can’t think of just one word here, but you get the idea)!
Wow, was it busy – lovely people to chat to and lots of stock winging it’s way all across the country to new homes.
I’ll have to put my new machine to good use over the few weeks, to build up some more stock ready for the December fairs! I’ve been persuaded to do a couple of other fairs in Winchester too and will update my website details within the next few days. I can’t wait to collect my new machine tomorrow or Tuesday – AAahhhhhh, the excitement of expectation!
It was a pleasure to meet so many new customers today. I hope you all enjoyed the market and the city. I love to think of all those Christmas stockings filled to the brim by Father Christmas with treasures being unwrapped frightfully early on Christmas morning!
Pop over to Wendy’s blog for Handmade Monday and see what everyone else has been making too.

Glad to hear the fair was a success – all your makes are lovely but I adore that first cushion. Love the boats and love the colours. Beautifully put together!

I’m going to start doing tutorials in the New Year – it’s on the list. Won’t have time before Christmas, but just like Christmas, it’s on its way!
